Our Latest Scholarship Program
Above shows our STEP group in Go Vap Vietnam enabling hope and success for 36 students with scholarships presented by our Southeast Asia Representative Tano (Pham Thanh Hung) on the left and his brother Pham Dung. Also attending is Kim Huyen, a STEP Scholarship graduate who pays it forward by sponsoring students on her own. On the far right is Ghia Hahn Nguyen, who was our first recipient of a scholarship when we started in 2008-09. Her education was interupted by cancer in 2016 but is now healthy and in her third year of college. The bannor says Cam On !, which in Vietnamese means
"Thank You".

Our latest mission during our Vietnam trip included our newly built Gan Reo preschool, bike and wheel chair distributions, a visit to the new Te-Phan orphanage, a Da Nang Rotary Dinner, the Rose School, scholarship ceremony, and much more.

Latest Local Project​
STEP provided the Dakota Wicohan non-profit organization with 20
I-Pads for their afterschool program. This enables the students to learn the native Minnesota Dakota language, research and preserve their culture for future generations.
Their first project is a Dakota language training class for staff online using the I Pads. The teachers will continue by teaching their youth the Dakota language throughout the year.
